The G.H.Y.C. staff is responsible for cultivating the lives of the children who enter our doors.
We always try to make sure that we are prepared in every way to effectively help our young people grow into healthy all-rounded thriving individuals. G.H.Y.C. has a standard of excellence met and maintained by the staff, in fact, 95% of those who volunteer or serve as staff for the organization are educators or in some way work in an educational setting.
Students receive instruction 4-5 times a week, providing a minimum of 60 hours per student per session.
The full-time and part-time staff members are certified, highly qualified managers, and directors.
The staff provides stability and consistency for the program. Their years of teaching qualify them to work with at-risk students. A Site Manager will conduct overall provision and management of site(s).
